Because it is a slightly sweet Demi-Sec with an intense and full scent, the champagne can handle the dilution caused by the ice cubes well and there is no loss of taste.

SERVING TIP
Pour the Royal Blue Sky into a large glass full of ice cubes and add a slice of orange and a cinnamon stick. You can also choose to add a sprig of rosemary and some cranberries cut in half.
